Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets for BYD vehicles in Bali.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and customer-centricity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealerships, fleet operators, and corporate clients to drive bulk sales and long-term contracts.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for BYD’s electric vehicle (EV) portfolio.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design localized campaigns, promotions, and events that enhance brand visibility and demand.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring seamless customer journeys.
- Monitor inventory levels, pricing strategies, and incentive programs to optimize profitability and market penetration.
- Represent Harmony Auto and BYD at industry conferences, trade shows, and stakeholder meetings as a brand ambassador.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (preferably with EV or luxury brands).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets, with experience in B2B and B2C channels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills to inspire teams and close high-value deals.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian automotive market, including regulatory landscape, consumer preferences, and dealer networks.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali and occasionally to other regions for business development.
