Responsibility
- Lead and manage the dealer management team to achieve regional sales targets for prepaid and postpaid services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
