Responsibility
- Promote and sell Hajj packages to potential clients through various channels, including in-person consultations, phone calls, and digital platforms.
- Provide detailed information about Hajj packages, including itineraries, costs, visa requirements, and travel logistics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance) to ensure smooth processing of bookings, payments, and documentation.
- Stay updated on Hajj regulations, travel advisories, and industry trends to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to ethical sales practices.
- Assist clients with pre-departure briefings, addressing concerns, and ensuring they are fully prepared for their journey.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or travel industry (Hajj/Umrah experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients effectively.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with Hajj/Umrah processes, Islamic travel requirements, or willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (Bahasa); additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are advantageous.
