Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting the dealership, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable Honda models.
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to showcase vehicle features, benefits, and safety innovations.
- Negotiate sales terms, prepare quotes, and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on Honda’s latest models, promotions, and financing options to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with the finance and service teams to facilitate smooth vehicle deliveries and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory status in the CRM system.
- Participate in sales training programs and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, retail, or customer service industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for automobiles and a willingness to learn about Honda’s product lineup and technologies.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Valid Philippine driver’s license (preferred but not required).
