Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for lubricant products in the Bali region.
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities with automotive dealers, workshops, fleet operators, and commercial clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the lubricants sector.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotions, product launches, and customer engagement events.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and support to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits of Petronas Lubricants’ solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Represent Petronas Lubricants at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, lubricants, or industrial products sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry, including lubricant products, is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the Bali region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
