Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve district-wide revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and consistent achievement of KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and medical distributors.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget proposals to executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical products, healthcare regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned district and occasionally to other regions as needed.
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or other local languages is advantageous.
