Responsibility

  • Engage with customers to identify their automotive needs and recommend suitable Honda models.
  • Conduct professional test drives and product demonstrations to highlight vehicle features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales terms, prepare contracts, and ensure a smooth purchase process for customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on Honda’s latest models, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the finance and service teams to facilitate seamless vehicle deliveries and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Participate in training programs and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of automotive features, financing options, and industry standards.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in English; additional fluency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate customer schedules.
