Responsibility
- Participate in comprehensive sales training programs to develop foundational skills in client acquisition and retention.
- Engage in face-to-face sales interactions with potential clients to drive revenue and business growth.
- Collaborate with senior sales leaders to learn best practices in sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Assist in analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and improve performance.
- Support the development and execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work toward leadership milestones by demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
- Contribute to team meetings and provide insights to enhance overall sales team performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for engaging with people.

- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service; prior sales experience is advantageous but not required.
