Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
