Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end business development efforts, from prospecting to closing deals with enterprise clients.
- Design and propose scalable IT solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with ECPay’s technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to refine solutions and enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new opportunities in the fintech space.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demos to stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term partnership success.
- Monitor industry developments and recommend strategic adjustments to maintain ECPay’s competitive edge.
- Track and report on business development metrics, including pipeline growth and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or technical certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or solutions architecture within fintech, payments, or IT services.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, APIs, and payment gateways.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and regulatory landscapes is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a bonus.
