Ultra Sakti is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across Bali’s key markets (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung). This is a strategic leadership role for a professional with a proven track record in FMCG, OTC, pharmaceutical distribution, or principal companies.
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong distributor relationships in Eastern Indonesia. You will develop and execute sales strategies, mentor a high-performing team, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. With at least 5 years of experience in sales management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business in this high-growth region.

Responsibility
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and motivate a sales team to exceed performance KPIs and foster a high-performance culture.
- Distributor & Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to drive volume and profitability.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market assessments to identify opportunities, competitive threats, and growth potential.
- Budget Management: Oversee regional sales budgets, forecasting, and expense control to ensure financial efficiency.
- Product Launch & Promotion: Lead the rollout of new products, ensuring effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to optimize sales operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales management within FMCG, OTC, pharmaceuticals, or distribution industries.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian market dynamics, particularly in Eastern Indonesia/Bali.
- Sales Acumen: Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with expertise in B2B and B2C sales.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and financial reports to drive decision-making.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions (Bali and potentially other Eastern Indonesia areas).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
