Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to meet targets.
- Lead negotiations for contracts and pricing with high-value clients and suppliers.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure efficient distribution and inventory management.
- Train and mentor sales teams to achieve exceeding KPIs and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, forecasts, and revenue projections.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in distribution or logistics.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Familiarity with supply chain management and distribution networks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
