Join U Mobile as a Regional Sales Manager in Bali and lead our dynamic sales team to drive growth across our distribution and dealership network. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will strategically manage dealer portfolios, foster strong relationships with distributors, and ensure the achievement of sales targets in one of Indonesia’s most vibrant markets.

As the face of U Mobile in Bali, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, optimizing channel performance, and delivering exceptional service to our partners. Your leadership will directly impact revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer acquisition in the region.

Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor the Bali sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand U Mobile’s distribution network and dealer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement localized promotions and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and service standards across all channels.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess dealer performance, address challenges, and provide training as needed.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in telecom, FMCG, or distribution industries.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of distribution channels, dealer management, and retail sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
