Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to exceed performance goals and foster a high-performance culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to drive long-term business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the F&B or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a regional or national capacity.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Bali market and its unique business landscape is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
