We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy, build key client relationships, and drive revenue growth across Bali’s thriving hospitality and retail markets.

In this high-impact role, you will oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts, develop tailored sales approaches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business expansion. Your expertise in B2B sales, market analysis, and team leadership will be critical in positioning Goday Indonesia Food as the preferred partner for quality food products in Bali.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in one of Southeast Asia’s most vibrant business hubs, offering competitive compensation, career growth, and the chance to shape the future of food distribution in Bali.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali’s key markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, hotels, and restaurants to expand market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client meetings.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food & beverage or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional or managerial role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
  • Deep understanding of Bali’s market dynamics, including hospitality, retail, and distribution channels.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
