Responsibility
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and promote products/services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with digital campaigns and promotions.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, call volume, revenue generated).
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer needs.
- Utilize CRM tools to log interactions, manage pipelines, and follow up on leads.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic digital tools.
