Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect new corporate clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored Employee Benefits and General Insurance solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting corporate insurance.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Benefits and General Insurance products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of corporate clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
