Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new corporate clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored Employee Benefits and General Insurance solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with underwriting and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting corporate insurance.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of Employee Benefits and General Insurance products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of corporate clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
