Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth for key semiconductor and manufacturing clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in target accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand market share through upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepare and present high-impact proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to secure deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to proactively address challenges and opportunities.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market penetration.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-value client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication, precision engineering, or advanced manufacturing processes (technical background is advantageous).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and collaboration with global teams.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics platforms.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, or team collaborations.
