Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in Bali.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed KPIs and deliver outstanding results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and business partners.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and trade activations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the Bali market and its retail landscape (preferred).
- Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing market conditions, and travel as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
