Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in Bali.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed KPIs and deliver outstanding results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and trade activations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Bali market and its retail landscape (preferred).
  • Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing market conditions, and travel as needed.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
