Responsibility
- Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in Baliās food service and hospitality sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and distributors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve team productivity.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
- Conduct regular field visits to clients and prospects to strengthen partnerships and address concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the food service, F&B, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking to identify market trends and business opportunities.
- Familiarity with Baliās business landscape and existing networks in the region are highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales forecasting, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions in Bali.
