Responsibility
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing and field sales activities to identify and engage potential customers.
- Present and demonstrate products or services effectively to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
- Collect and document customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement territory-specific sales plans.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and activity logs on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales, canvassing, or field marketing (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Familiarity with the Bali region and its local markets is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a bonus).
- Own transportation (motorcycle or car) is highly advantageous for mobility.
