As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence across Bali, including key areas such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will work closely with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to ensure our high-quality products reach consumers efficiently and effectively.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers across Bali.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the retail and consumer goods sector.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional strategies and product launches tailored to the regional market.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Represent Interflour Group at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the retail, FMCG, or food ingredients industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a regional or national role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
