Interflour Group, a leading agribusiness company with a strong presence in Southeast Asia, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Bali. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the achievement of annual sales targets. Your leadership will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining Interflour Group’s reputation as a trusted partner in the flour and agri-commodities industry.
Based in Bali (with flexibility across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. Responsibility
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets and expand market penetration in Bali and surrounding areas.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners to drive long-term business growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for new product introductions or service expansions.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights for senior management.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead high-value negotiations with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable agreements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and delivery processes.
- Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and resolution of service-related issues.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in sales, with at least 3 years in a Regional Sales Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in the FMCG, agribusiness, or food ingredients sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the flour, agri-commodities, or related industries, with existing networks in Bali or Eastern Indonesia being a strong advantage.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-Oriented: Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
