As the face of our sales operations in Bali, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, foster long-term client relationships, and mentor a team of sales professionals to exceed targets. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding our market presence across key locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in Bali’s competitive media landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners to drive long-term business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in digital and traditional media.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and client needs.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize team productivity.
- Negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing to secure high-value deals while ensuring profitability.
- Represent YC Media at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of the media industry, including digital, print, and outdoor advertising.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a results-oriented mindset.
