Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share for AIoT products in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and channel partners to drive product adoption.
- Lead end-to-end retail execution, including merchandising, promotions, and inventory management, to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create localized campaigns and demand-generation initiatives tailored to the regional market.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.
- Mentor and train sales teams to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a regional or managerial role, preferably in AIoT, IoT, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of retail execution, channel management, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region to meet clients, partners, and team members.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis to track performance and optimize strategies.
