Responsibility
- Provide personalized consultations to customers, assessing their vision needs and recommending suitable eyewear solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest eyewear trends, lens technologies, and promotional offers to provide expert advice.
- Conduct basic eye measurements (e.g., pupillary distance, frame adjustments) and assist with fittings.
- Manage inventory, including stocking, organizing, and tracking popular frames and lenses.
- Handle customer complaints or returns professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in optical, fashion, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for fashion, eyewear, and helping customers look and see their best.
- Basic knowledge of optical products, lens types, and frame materials (training provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a willingness to learn and adapt.
