Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in Bali’s agricultural sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a regional sales team, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and business opportunities in farming, animal husbandry, and conservation.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, R&D) to align sales efforts with product development and supply chain.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the agricultural, farming, or animal conservation sector, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams.
  • Deep understanding of agricultural supply chains, market dynamics, and customer needs in Southeast Asia.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Bali and East Malaysia as required.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Malay is advantageous.
