Responsibility
- Oversee daily farming operations for vegetable and chili crops across multiple farm locations in Bali
- Lead, train, and manage a team of agricultural workers to ensure optimal productivity and quality standards
- Implement and monitor sustainable farming practices and organic cultivation methods
- Develop and execute crop rotation plans to maximize yield and soil health
- Monitor plant health, identify pests/diseases, and implement appropriate control measures
- Coordinate with suppliers for seeds, fertilizers, and equipment to ensure timely availability
- Maintain accurate records of farm activities, inventory, and production metrics
- Ensure compliance with all agricultural regulations and company safety standards
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement farm improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in farm supervision or agricultural management, preferably with vegetable and chili crops
- Strong knowledge of modern farming techniques and sustainable agriculture practices
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of agricultural workers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Bali's climate and agricultural conditions is a plus
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between farm locations
