Responsibility

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Bali.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed KPIs and deliver outstanding results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in retail, consumer products, or FMCG.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in team management, coaching, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of Bali’s retail landscape and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
