Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed performance metrics.
- Facilitate collaboration with branch offices to maintain and grow renewal and new business portfolios.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
