As a Sales Executive (Pet Food), you will be at the forefront of expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and pet care professionals. Your mission is to exceed sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service. Additionally, you’ll oversee sales administration, ensuring accurate reporting, inventory management, and compliance with company policies.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in assigned Bali regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including pet stores, veterinarians, and distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the pet food sector.
- Manage sales administration, including order processing, inventory tracking, and customer data management.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotions, product launches, and trade events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including pricing, discounts, and credit terms.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, pet food, or retail.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
- Experience in sales administration or inventory management is highly desirable.
