Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the Singapore and SEA markets for motion control products.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in manufacturing, automation, and engineering sectors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solutions and benefits.
- Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions based on client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote brand visibility.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in automation or motion control.
- Strong understanding of linear motors, modules, and motion control systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
