Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in assigned regions (Bali, Johor, Sabah/Sarawak).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and medical distributors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Medical Innovation Venturesâ solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and address client pain points effectively.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or medical sales certification is a plus.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian medical market, with existing networks in Bali or Malaysia being highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Malay is a bonus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time within the assigned regions.
- Passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to ethical sales practices.
