Our client, a leading private advertiser, is urgently seeking a motivated Regional Sales Executive to join their team in Bali (covering Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth outside Jakarta, building strong client relationships, and promoting high-quality consumer products to a diverse customer base. Responsibility
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in Bali and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Present, promote, and sell consumer products to retailers, distributors, and end customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions to meet clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, or consumer products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
- Own transportation (motorcycle/car) and a valid driver’s license are highly preferred.
