Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to ensure long-term business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to track progress against KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, product launches, and brand activation campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region (Bali).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
