As a Field Sales Merchandiser, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for executing in-store merchandising strategies, building strong relationships with retailers, and driving sales growth. Responsibility
- Execute in-store merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability, proper display, and promotional compliance
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities by proactively engaging with customers and retailers
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide actionable insights to the sales team
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and in-store activations
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective territory management
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, market feedback, and merchandising activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or retail operations (FMCG experience is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role
- Familiarity with retail merchandising standards and best practices
- Basic understanding of sales analytics and reporting
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung)
- Ownership of a motorbike or reliable transportation is highly preferred
