Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and wholesale partners to drive product placement and sales.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity, identify sales opportunities, and gather customer feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Train and support retail staff and sales teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and consumer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region (Badung, Bali).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must; additional local languages are a plus.
