Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Identify, prospect, and convert new clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the Bali region.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
- Valid motorcycle/driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within assigned areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
