Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and promotional support.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a regional or area-based role (B2B or B2C).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
