As the Area Coordinator Sales, you will oversee daily operations, analyze market trends, and develop data-driven sales strategies to expand our footprint across Bali’s key regions, including Canggu, Ubud, and Denpasar. Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans, including territory mapping, client segmentation, and performance KPIs.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends in Bali’s FMCG/hospitality sector.
- Monitor team performance metrics, provide constructive feedback, and design coaching programs to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and inventory management.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and budget proposals to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales protocols, and ethical business practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, with at least 2 years in a regional/area coordinator or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in the FMCG, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
- Ability to travel frequently across assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
