Responsibility
- Oversee daily sales and operational activities within the assigned region to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, retail management, or a supervisory role.
