Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive Oracle Cloud migration roadmap for Marina Bay Sandsâ regional operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT governance frameworks.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with C-level executives, regional IT teams, and external vendors to secure buy-in, resources, and timely project delivery.
- Program Governance: Oversee end-to-end migration lifecycle, including risk assessment, budget control, and compliance with data sovereignty and security standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS).
- Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing migration team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions, including training and user support.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor post-migration performance, identifying opportunities to enhance system efficiency, cost savings, and user experience.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Manage relationships with Oracle and third-party consultants to leverage best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
- Reporting & Metrics: Provide regular progress reports to leadership, highlighting KPIs, milestones, and ROI analysis.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 10+ years in IT program management, with at least 5 years leading large-scale Oracle Cloud migrations (ERP, HCM, or CX modules preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of hospitality, gaming, or large enterprise environments, with exposure to multi-region deployments.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), SaaS/PaaS solutions, and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Certifications: Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect, Project Management Professional (PMP)) are highly desirable.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets exceeding $5M, and drive digital transformation in complex organizations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address migration challenges and minimize downtime.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to be based in Bali, Indonesia, with occasional travel to regional offices (e.g., Singapore, Macau).
