Responsibility
- Design, build, and optimize automated workflows in GoHighLevel to improve business processes and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
- Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing, payment gateways) to create seamless data flows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Document workflow processes, best practices, and user guides for internal and client reference.
- Provide training and support to clients and team members on GoHighLevel features and automation strategies.
- Stay updated on GoHighLevel updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
- Monitor workflow performance and generate reports to track KPIs and ROI for clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier).
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, CRM systems, and digital marketing principles.
- Proficiency in integrating APIs and third-party tools with GoHighLevel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Experience with HTML/CSS or basic web development is a plus.
