Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Supervise administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures, systems, and best practices to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and other departments to streamline inter-departmental communication and processes.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement of supplies while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company protocols.
- Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries, vendor negotiations, and facility management.
- Prepare regular reports on office performance, challenges, and improvements for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in MS Office, office management software, and basic financial tools.
- Familiarity with local labor laws, HR practices, and workplace safety regulations in Indonesia.
