Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and operational goals across multiple retail locations.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service and performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards across all stores.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local business partners.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, address challenges, and provide guidance.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to align regional strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-store leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
