Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all APAC facility maintenance operations, including HV/MV/LV electrical systems, ensuring 100% uptime and compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Manage budget planning, cost control, and vendor negotiations for maintenance contracts, spare parts, and capital expenditures.
- Spearhead crisis response and emergency repairs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve critical failures swiftly.
- Ensure adherence to local and international electrical safety standards (e.g., IEC, NFPA, OSHA) and conduct regular audits.
- Optimize energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across facilities, reducing operational costs and environmental impact.
- Mentor and train maintenance teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to design and commission new electrical systems for facility expansions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CMRP) a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in facility maintenance leadership, with at least 5 years in HV/MV/LV systems management in APAC.
- Proven track record in maintenance strategy development, budget management, and team leadership in industrial or commercial settings.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, safety protocols, and compliance standards (e.g., IEC 61439, NFPA 70E).
- Strong project management skills, with experience in capital project execution and vendor management.
- Excellent problem-solving and crisis management abilities, with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex electrical issues.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel across APAC as needed and relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
