Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional indirect procurement strategies to support business growth and cost optimization.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing processes, including supplier identification, RFP management, and contract negotiations.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure service quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Operations) to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Implement procurement best practices, including spend analysis, category management, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. MBA or CIPS certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role.
- Proven track record in negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in spend analysis, category management, and procurement metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with global and regional teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, risk management, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on delivering results.
