In this strategic role, you will oversee end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compensation & benefits, and offboarding. You’ll also lead the implementation of HR policies and optimize our HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to enhance efficiency and employee experience. With a focus on talent development and education, you’ll collaborate with regional stakeholders to align HR strategies with business growth objectives.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for regional roles.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the company culture.
- Manage performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback loops, and career development plans.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and compliant regional packages.
- Drive HR policy development and compliance, aligning with local labor laws and company standards.
- Optimize HRIS management to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Coordinate offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to design and deliver talent development and education programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or regional HR role.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, talent management, and HR operations in a multicultural environment.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors) and HR analytics.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regional HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are highly desirable.
