Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events and wellness programs.
- Prepare HR-related documents, including contracts, offer letters, and compliance reports.
- Assist in conducting HR analytics and generating reports on key metrics (e.g., turnover, hiring trends).
- Participate in performance management processes, including feedback collection and evaluation support.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for working with people.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
