As part of our team, you will supervise daily HR functions, resolve employee-related issues, and maintain meticulous records for attendance, payroll, and BPJS (Indonesian social security) administration. Responsibility

  • Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Ensure accurate and timely attendance tracking, payroll processing, and leave management.
  • Administer BPJS (health and employment social security) compliance, registrations, and reporting.
  • Prepare and submit routine HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and compliance metrics, to management.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and implement effective workforce planning.
  • Conduct HR-related training sessions on policies, procedures, and workplace safety.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, and employment compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
